I'm back again with yet another Hot Buys post! The 3rd Hot Buy has been released onto the shelves of Bonjour Bizou in the Starpalaza. I love this dress because you can just tell that it is perfect for winter. Woolly, warm and wintery colours, this dress is the perfect dress for the cold upcoming months.
